There are a number of scholarships in scholar-in-residence program offered by The Deutsches Museum in Munich, Germany. These scholarships are available for researchers who interested in work around 6 or 12 months at projects which involving the museum’s vast and collections. The scholars will present the research project to the colleagues in the beginning of their stay. Besides, scholars will be expected to participate at the Museum’s and Munich Centre’s Monday colloquium series & workshops. Deadline for application is 16th October 2015.
These scholarships are funded by the Deutsches Museum in Munich.
Scholarships are tenable in Germany.
Country of Applicants
This scholar-in-residence program scholarship is open for applicants from all countries.
The scholarship is provided to undertake 6 or 12 months of research with any level of seniority.
There are several note that applicant must to be considered:
- Scholars with any level seniority eligible to apply.
- Applicant must provide the evidence that they hold at least 1 university degree.
- No restrictions regard to the nationality.
- Scholars are advised to make their provisions of health insurance.
The scholarship holder will be provided with their own workplace plus a desktop PC and telephone unit plus an opportunity to stay in subsidized apartments in the museum complex as long as available. The value provided for pre-doctoral stipends worth of € 7,500 (6 months) or € 15,000 (full year), and for post-doctoral stipends worth of € 15,000 (6 months) or € 30,000 (full year).
